Pipeline was formed 2010 to create a superior training environment for boys pursuing excellence in volleyball. While we were a new club in 2010, the coaching staff is highly experienced with over 50 years of combined junior coaching experience and six staff members having been a head coach at the USAV Open level as well as multiple IHSA head coaches.
Pipeline teams will be practicing out of Schaumburg Sports Center for the upcoming season:
1141 West Irving Park Road, Schaumburg, IL, 60193
Practices will be 3 hours in length, 2ñ3 times per week.
Pipeline is committed to keeping team sizes appropriate per team to provide an opportunity for all players to improve.
The season for national teams is late September through mid February. There is then a break for the IHSA boy's high school season. Teams will return the first week of June for a summer session, with the season concluding with USA Junior Nationals the first week of July.
Pipeline will be offering a regional team option for the student athlete that is not interested in a summer commitment. Regional teams will also have less practice time commitment and will be competing in a tournament schedule more locally based.
National teams will participate in tournaments on the weekend in the Chicago area, typically 2-4 days of tournament play per month beginning first week of November. National teams will also attend two to three National Qualifier level tournaments in the Midwest (St. Louis, Milwaukee area) and will attend the boys Junior National Championships at the beginning of July.
Regional Teams will participate in 2-3 days of tournament play monthly and will participate in at least 1 national qualifier in the Milwaukee area.
Additionally, Pipeline Volleyball Club is proud to be sponsored by Quiksilver for this upcoming season and have put together a tremendous equipment package.
