St. Louis Qualifier Hotel Reservations

We will be attending the St. Louis Qualifier the weekend of Jan. 13th-Jan 15th.  Each family will need to make room reservations for Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th.  We have reserved a block of rooms under the name Pipeline Volleyball Club.  Please make your reservations by December 30th to receive the special rate.

We have a block of 1 bedroom and studio suites available.  The rate will be $89.00 per night for the studio suites.  
One bedroom suites with two queen beds and sofa sleeper are available at a higher rate.
The rooms include: 
-All studio suites include a queen bed and sofa pull out
-All rates include complimentary hot buffet breakfast
-All rates include complimentary parking and high speed internet access.

Age specific playing sites and schedules will be announced at a later date.  The sites are distributed throughout the St. Louis and Belleville area.  The tournament website is: http://www.gatewayvb.org/events-boysfest.html
 
As discussed at the parent meeting, our club travel policy involves each athlete staying with their parents and providing their own transportation.   We will meet for team functions (team dinners, carpooling to and from playing sites, etc.).    If a parent cannot attend the St. Louis tournament with the athlete, please notify us ASAP so that we can make other travel and lodging arrangements for the athlete. 
 
Upon arrival on Friday night, we will have a short parent/player informational meeting to go over the weekend schedule at 7:00 pm in the lobby of the hotel.   Please plan to arrive before this time.  If you are unable to arrive by 7 pm, you will need to notify your coach to access specific scheduling information.
