We will be attending the Wisconsin Qualifier the weekend of Feb. 3rd-5th.  You will have the option to make a room reservation for Friday the 3rd and/or Saturday the 4th.  You are NOT required to stay at the hotel but it is suggested. Playing sites will be distributed around the Waukesha area within 20 minutes of the hotel but probably 2 hours from the northwest suburbs.   Players will probably be expected to be in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area on 7am for the both Saturday and Sunday play if the playing schedule dictates.  There is a Block of rooms under the name Pipeline Volleyball Club .  If you will be staying at the hotel, please make your reservation in the next week.  You can Call Marriott at 877-651-7666  or the hotel directly at (262) 574-0888.   If you wish to book online, please follow this link for a King room ($79 a night):

The Hotel is aware that the tournament schedule comes out late and if you are playing in the afternoon on Saturday, you can call and cancel your reservations for Friday evening if you wish.  We would suggest making the reservations for both nights and waiting to cancel Friday until the schedule is released since the hotel will allow it without a fee.

As discussed at the parent meeting, our club travel policy for the Wisconsin National Qualifier Tournament involves each athlete staying with their parents and providing their own transportation.   If a parent cannot attend the Wisconsin tournament with the athlete, please notify us ASAP so that we can make other travel and lodging arrangements for the athlete.
